I had an MRI there recently. Techs were rude... both were reading personal emails while I was waiting. They had me sit there an hour and wait . One was chewing gum and they were laughing and chatting. One guy was looking at pictures of boats and cars. The girl was looking at online pictures of her friends. When I got in the machine... no head set was given. They made no effort to talk to me while I was in that machine for 20 minutes. I have had 5 MRI's at various places and this was the worst. I called the head of Human Resources for Simon Med and filed a complaint. It was absolutely unprofessional behavior on their part and insulting to me.
