Over this time period, we have developed our own exclusive Environmental Soil Sealant formula - ESS-13. ESS-13 is a liquid polymer emulsion that can either be poured into the water, or mixed with the soil and compacted for maximum seepage control. This unique formula has a variety of application options including sealing and pond and lake construction. ESS-13 has many advantages over other pond sealing products. Because it is formulated with simple and non-toxic products it is safe for the environment and more cost efficient than PVC Liners, Clay Liners, and Bentonite.
