I elected not to use this company because the representative that came to my home did not seem to be very knowledgeable. In addition, they said they would provide me with a formal quote, but never did. I fixed the problem with our heater by simply replacing a heating element, but they proposed I get a new heater for almost $800.00 since it would cost almost $200 to fix it... I spent $20 on a heating element... Like I said, maybe the rep I met did not have the right skills set, but I felt they would take advantage, so I did not hire them. On the flip side, they came to the house to see the problems and provide a quote at no cost

Unbelievable service!!! They arrived on time as promised - 30 minutes. They did a very professional job in a very timely manner. They were very courteous. I would recommend them in a flash to anyone anytime!!!
