There were numerous times that I've come to my apartment and had a letter on my door with complaints. Most of them were about pets which I don't even have. The others were about stuff on my balcony that wasn't even there. I come to find out it's my neighbor that had the stuff on their balcony. They make like they are coming in to change the filter, but they use that to inspect the apartments. Filters don't need to be changed every other month. The construction is real bad. You have to park way out of your range of your apartment, and I'm on the 3rd floor. These apartments make you feel real uneasy. I would not recommend them if you want to live in a nice comfortable, quiet home.
