I was on a timeline and was worried that the home improvement project I was doing would be stressful. Thanks to Eric, it was so much fun and stress-free! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Monterrey Tile has a great selection and so much product in stock! We were able to get the project done with time to spare! Not very helpful We bought a pair of washer and dryer from the store and went back for some questions. The gentleman who helped us before no longer was there, there is another guy that helped us out totally blow us off. He did not take time to listen and just told us that he doesn't know what we were asking. We needed a longer host for connection between our dryer and washer. The personal from Lowes told us to go back to the store to get the host when they come to install the machines. This guys told use just to get a garden host will be ok. We asked another person, and he also has to refer back to the washer guy who is in the department. We ended up having buy this garden host and call the installation department back and was "laughed at" telling us that it is not the correct host. So, now, we have to return the garden host that was told by this guy who work at this Lowes. What a disappointment. I have been to many other Lowes and this one is the worst.

I've done two projects now with Monterrey Tile and have had bad experiences both times. The first time I had tile delivered and received a case of tile that was cracked all the way through the case. More recently I bought tile to do my backsplash, realized that I needed additional tile so I called ahead and was told that they had the tile I needed. When I got to the showroom, they didn't have the tile and told me to drive to their warehouse, which I did. When I got there they didn't have the tile I needed either and offered me a similar, but different tile, which isn't going to work very well for my project that is already under way. They are disorganized and really don't seem to care about wasting people's time. I will not be using them for future projects.

Our landscaper sent us to Monterrey Tile to pick out travertine pavers for our patio. We didn't have very much time to find something but everything we needed was in stock. We also found travertine coping for our new pool to match the pavers. They delivered to our home the same week. My wife will be back to pick out tile for our master bath.

I order travertine for my floors and was happy to find out that they deliver. The driver was really helpful and he seemed to know what he was doing. The sales lady was nice too.

My husband and I were impressed by Monterrey's extensive selection. We were able to find what we wanted for all of our bathrooms and our kitchen! The salesperson helped us design everything...Very nice!
