I've never seen a staff that is so fit for teaching and encouraging both kids and adults. They build up the confidence and keep it up throughout their years of training. We met them at a school event and haven't looked back since!!!

My two boys have been with Z-Ultimate for many years now. In addition to the martial arts training, the things they have learned there focus, discipline, self-confidence and respect are lessons they will continue to use throughout their lives. My family has had really negative experiences with martial arts studios in the past so we started at Z Ultimate Gilbert as skeptics. I will never go anywhere else. My kids and I have all thrived under the personalized attention Z Ultimate provides. Every instructor is professional and well-trained. The best thing I can mention is the change I've seen in my ADHD children. They are more disciplined and controlled, and much less impulsive than they had been. Becoming a member of Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios is one of the best decisions I have made. I am challenged and inspired to improve my abilities in the martial arts and the Senseis are knowledgeable and great teachers.

I have come and gone probably 4 times now and I am back again. I really enjoy the training I receive from the sensei and how we put it in real world scenarios. The Team of Senseis at the Gilbert studio, are very dedicated to de kids. They always provide meaningful feedbacks to the students so they can understand the technique and how they can improve. They are very kind and approachable to the students and parents. Since practicing karate, my kids are becoming more self confident, self disciplined, and self respected. I definitely recommend the Gilbert Studio to everyone!

Z Ultimate started as a Thai Chi experiment to try and fix being old. My balance was terrible, I was in poor shape and my flexibility was a mess. Thai Chi turned into Kempo which has turned into a lot more lifestyle choices that have made me a better, healthier and happier person. I can't say enough that even over the age of 40 this changed my life.

Peyton has loved every minute of his training at Z-Ultimate! We feel completely comfortable being able to drop him off for class, which is so hard to come by this day and age. My daughters have been taking karate with Sensi Casey and Andy for 12 years. They were 6 & 8 years old. Thought the years with the help of training and guidance from instructors and the discipline the martial arts have given them. They both have become strong and focus young women. As a parent when are children are young we choose the adult we want in are children's lives. We chose wisely! As they grow they choose for themselves. My son (age 10) has been attending classes since he was 4 years old. He has done well, learned self-control, come out of his shell, and been held accountable. The staff are wonderful at all of the studios!

I feel that their programs are very informative and helpful for our health and well being. The team is very friendly and understanding of your needs.

My daughter continues to grow in skill and confidence with every group class and private lesson she attends. This studio is one big family and they all work together to raise the bar for each other. We love it here.
