      Excellent Customer Service

      Upon the death of my husband's uncle it was necessary to make funeral arrangements for him as he and his wife had no children or other living relatives . It was a stressed time for us.We called Falconer funeral Home which was in our city of Gilbert and wanted to make all of the necessary arrangements. We met with the owner Christian Timothy . He was very kind and courteous and listened carefully to what our desires would be . It was a totally good experience and left us feeling at peace with the arrangements made . We would definitely recommend this funeral home to our friends and family . We were also pleased with the reasonable cost of everything.

Our funeral home is family owned and completely family operated. Each and every family who calls us, regardless of the time of day, will be personally assisted by a personal member of our family. We believe that when you call our funeral home with a question, each call is very important and should not be answered by a third party service. We truly mean it when we say, "we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week". Recently, we have begun offering another excellent complimentary tool to the families we serve. The Memorial Throw as pictured and described on our Web site section of "About Us/What is New", as well as the Tribute of Life DVD is complimentary to each family selecting a funeral or memorial service with our funeral home. This has become a very important addition to our services. We believe the use of these two complimentary tools enhances the funeral service experience, and brings a great sense of warmth to the celebration of a life lived. Personal service and attention to details are our strong suit. Falconer Funeral Home was recently awarded the "Excellence in Family Service" award by The Order of the Golden Rule, resulting from their independent customer service surveys. These surveys are completed by those we have served, and grade us on various issues. We are very proud of our accomplishments of an overall "superior" rating by those who have participated in these surveys.
