Crown Collision is tops when it comes to customer service and repairs. From the moment I walked in the front doors I was greeted with a smile, and it didn't stop there. I just needed some minor repairs to my Scion TC's exterior (self made). They gave me an excellent estimate, and a great estimate of how long it would take. When I dropped my car off it was like dropping my first born off at kindergarten, but I knew it was in good hands. I called often to check on the progress, and I always got to speak to one of the owners, Ron or Kevin. They gave me full updates on the progress, and my car was even done early! It looks like new (maybe a little better than new)! I am so happy I chose Crown Collision, they are by FAR the best body shop I've been to.
