A great alternative to the well known chain Italian restaurant. I have been there twice, the first time, my server wasn't quite with it. The second time, I had an awesome waitress! I had the classic Caesar salad with salmon, and I have ordered this dish many times at more than 10 restaurant, and to be honest Brio cooked the salmon just right! it was not overcooked chewy and tasted pretty fresh Hubby ordered (can't remember the dish name) but it was a white sauce type alredo with a hint of bacon with chicken-he loved it and finished his plate. My kids shared one child's pizza (DON'T order one pizza each, as one childs' pizza is more than enough to feed two children, and a slice for the mommy) Both the Frozen lemonade and smoothie drink was delicious (this was the kids version) The dcor is stunning inside. The parking...well you can't do much about it, as its located smack right there in the San Tan Mall center adjacent to the Apple store (great place to walk to for the hubby afterwards
