It specializes in serving American and Asian cuisines. The bar s menu includes soups, salads, traditional rolls and sushis. It serves calamari salad, miso soup, filet mignon medallions, crab wontons, grilled salmon, chicken strips, burgers, pork pot stickers, barbeque shrimp, and pizza and egg rolls. The bar additionally offers beef tenderloin, asparagus, jalapeno onion sauce, seared tuna, sea scallops and fried calamari. It provides spider, caterpillar, tuna, eel, shell crab, vegetable, shrimp and rainbow rolls. The bar also offers a variety of beer, wine and martinis. Its wine list includes Champagne, chardonnay, riesling, zinfandel, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc and pinot grigio. Blue Wasabi has received the Best New Restaurant award from the New Times magazine.
