At Home Furnishings was founded by three individuals with over 30 years of combined, varied experience in the furniture industry. Hap chance united this trio in the summer of 2002. Within weeks, the beginnings of At Home Furnishings were conceived. Throughout the next several years, the plan was worked and reworked until the three felt confident and proud to present At Home Furnishings to the public. At Home Furnishings is a full-line residential furniture store. Yet, there is a clear focus on home office and home entertainment. Still, there is an ample selection of leather, upholstery, bedroom, and casual dining and one-of-a-kind accessory pieces. We also have custom pieces available. The atmosphere is becoming. No interest financing available. This store is a culmination of what works in Big-Box stores and Mom and Pop retail stores. Also, it is an inclusion of what is missing in both. For example, At Home Furnishings offers pricing on par with the "Big-Box retailers because they buy in volume. Yet, the feel is intimate and pressure-free because the staff is not on a commission pay structure. Overall, big or small, there are not any retailers that focus on the home office and home entertainment on the scale that At Home Furnishings demonstrates. Clearly, what separates At Home Furnishings from all other furniture retailers are product, price and personnel.
