I contacted Oscar on a Friday evening, and he was able to take the call and answer my questions, even though it was after standard business hours. I scanned and faxed my documents to be served, and he was able to serve the papers on Monday. He gave me a confirmation phone call as soon as the papers were successfully served. I will use Oscar again if this case requires additional service of documents. Oscar was very knowledgeable about service of papers in the Arizona State Prison Complex, Florence.
