After a full days drive from California I was getting tired by the time I hit Gila Bend so I turned into the parking lot of the Yucca Motel. An old (out of the 50's style) motel but from the outside was immaculate. I asked to see one of the rooms and it appeared that it had just recently been remodeled. Even though I only stayed one night I am about to make reservations to stay there next week. I believe this is a Mom and Pop operation and I was impressed at how clean the rooms were. I highly recommend making it your stop over while traveling.

My family of four stayed there a few weeks ago, just passing through town. Traveled from Louisiana to California, will say that this little gem in the desert was one of my favorite places. It's very clean (which is either hit or miss for me) and has a descent size pool, which was very refreshing. The motel reminds me of something from an old movie. I heart retro motel/hotels, and will definitely stay again when in the area.
