My wife and I needed help. I found Liz Humes on line and read about her counseling method in her bio, It states "Core Beliefs that may be in conflict with their ability to love". She was a perfect match to figure out the baggage that has been killing a 20 year marriage.

We didn't spend too much time hashing out arguments, we weren't there to fight, we spent most of the time understanding ourselves and each other. Liz had us take some tests and showed us what make us tick inside. I was able to finally understand after 30 YEARS why my wife does what she does and she now understands why I do what I do!

We still carry our baggage and now know how it has actually kept us together but it is so much lighter.

Our weekly sessions became "date night" for us. The emotional lights were going on and we learned how not to be hurt by our actions towards each other it was just the way we love.

We ended our therapy and all is good still. I would like to know though if Liz has any more techniques make a great marriage even better.
