In 2011, PRO.Fit was created in order to offer a diverse variety of personal lifestyle and wellness coaching programs to clients residing in the Pacific Northwest.The primary purpose of PRO.Fit is to teach others to overcome personal challenges, achieve goals, and reinvent oneself through healthy options and lifestyle strategies for success.Coaching formats are multi-faceted and include face to face guidance and through on-line services.I specialize in Lifestyle Reinvention and Separation Preparation (SP). SP is my trademark and adds new meaning to the process of Lifestyle Reinvention because you will prepare to become separated from your former life as you've known it, and will embark on a new and excitinf life of your own!
