The car I got they said nothing was wrong with it well everything was wrong the engine light came on once I left the lot. And tires were dry rotted and so on.

East side auto sales is a great place to buy cars from. They have a very nice staff and a good selection of cars to select from. I am buying my 5th vehicle from them today. Good staff and great vehicles. They help you get what you want and works with you every way they can.

I was searching for a vehicle for 6 months, and finally decided on a beauty 4x4 nissan at Eastside. After I bought it, some tire and other minor issues arose soon after purchase. Now, usually I am hesitant and apprehensive and defensive thinking I have to "fight" for repair, or have to explain myself, but, I was taken back by the way they handled it. They sent out a tow truck, and fixed every issue I found. The best part was I wasn't charged a single dime for the repairs, which easily came to close to a few hundred dollars. My vehicle was decently priced and NOT three times over blue book. For my situation, I made Derik work for his commission! Look, folks, everytime you buy a used vehicle, you take a gamble, you can get a good one, or you can get one that needs help. There is no way of anyone knowing what issues a car might have, and if you have the scenario like I did, JUST CALL AND TELL THEM! It really was THAT EASY!!!

I went to look at some vehicles yesterday. And it seemed like every vehicle I wanted to inspect required a jump start. Don't be fooled by shiny exteriors or clean interiors, the engines in their vehicles are not well maintained or repaired properly. Beware of buying as is.

The vehicle we bought was unsafe and should not have ever been sold to anyone, let alone for 3 times the blue book value. Also I have tried to make payments over the phone because my health has not been good but they sent out a repo notice because I was 2 weeks behind on payments. Yet I was trying to make the payments they just don't offer the services most up to date legitimate businesses offer. Now they are insisting I be ahead on my payments or they are going to repo my car which I have paid 3000 on and only have 3000 left to pay. This place is a joke. Don't by anything here!

Terrible service, terrible cars. Don't buy here even the Salespeople tell their friends to stay far far away. I've talked to former employees and they agree. Before you listen to any reviews search for East Site Auto Scam on Facebook.

What a junk lot. And lots of it. I test drove a couple cars. Having a mechanic backround, they didn't have anything on that lot that I would buy

Let me just start by saying that I was very impressed. From the selection to the professionalism of the staff, I was very pleased. They have some great options in place and a warranty that's the best around. Not only were they helpful before the sale, but they are there for you after the sales. I feel that I made some new friends of great value. I say, see for yourself.

After my divorce my options for financing were limited. My credit was damaged and I recently relocated to a halfway house in the area. My case worker referred me to East Side auto and told me she has sent many of her clients there with good results. I called them and explained my situation. They assured me that they understood and could help me out. I didn't have a ride, so they offered to send someone out to pick me up. When I got there I saw a nice selection of cars and was greeted by a nice salesman, Derrick I believe. He helped me pick the right car for me. I was approved for financing without question. I explained that I didn't have a job because I had no transportation, but that I had one lined up. They said that was fine, to just update them when I got one.



They really go the extra mile and helped me get back on my feet again. I'm now working again and have my own place again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Thanks! :-)

I'm a 2nd gen customer of east side. We have never had a problem. Every car came inspected and lasted a reasonable time.

Nice selection, best in the area in fact. Very helpful. Hard to believe the negative reviews, I'd assume there is more to the story than what is being told. I had a good experience anyway and the service continues after the sale. Very grateful.

I'll be back the next time I need another car! :)



Not sure about the "1" negative poster, probably a deadbeat who fell into default and had their vehicle taken back. It seems only negative people posts reviews while happy people go on being happy and forget to review. Not me, 2 thumbs up!

You wont find nicer folks anywhere. Straight, honest and direct. Just the way buying a car, heck anything, should be. Heck, after reading some of the negative reviews, I began to see a pattern. They all got something bad to say once they became late in the payments. Ha!!! How convenient! HJ.

After reading some of the "not so good" reviews I was sceptical. But I was in a bind and have never heard anything bad in person, so I tried them out. I've had the car now for 6 months and am very pleased. I personally feel the employees there are quite nice. But maybe I'm just a pleasant person to be around? Any how, I'm pleased.
