      Chili s Grill & Bar is a nationally franchised restaurant chain that has been operating since 1975. The restaurant operates more than 1,000 casual dining restaurants and serves a variety of starters, soups, salad, steaks, sandwiches and beverages. It serves double-basted baby back ribs, fajitas, Southwestern eggrolls and Margaritas Presidente.       We were seated immediately, but then waited over 15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order! We left and the hostess gave us a friendly, yet oblivious good bye. Never going there again.

      The food is usually excellent ...

      The food is usually excellent in the Germantown location but at times the ribs are a little on the fatty side. The servers have been very lax in remembering exactly what's ordered and take so long to come back to see if everything is OK with the meal, we've had to grab other servers to get what we need to get on with our meal. For instance, the last time we were there, there was no sauce on the ribs and no extra sauce I had asked for. The drinks have always been excellent.

      Have great food. Some drinks are a little expensive but the food always tastes great and is cooked the way it was ordered. Soups are amazing.
