Do not use this NTB. The people who work there have no idea what they are doing. I took my car in to get new tires and was told I needed new brakes...two weeks before this I had my brakes done at the dealership where I bought my car. They also broke my parking brake and tried to say that it was already broken. DONT NOT GO HERE!
My wife went to have her oil changed and was told that the car would be ready in 2 hours. She returned after 2 hours and 40 minuets and they had not even started. Should have collected the car and left, but decided to stick it out. Took them an hour and a half to change the oil and return the car. Recommend this store be avoided unless you have a couple of days to wait for your car.

We took my GF's car in for a slow leak from one tire. They jacked up one side of the car with a floor jack improperly positioned, semi-crushing the plastic rocker panel cover. They said to get a body shop estimate and they would take care of it which my GF did, mailing it to them. Nothing happened so we have to start this process all over again in order to get the damage repaired assuming they actually plan to pay for the damage they caused. Can not reccommend this NTB. I've had good results with the one in Rockville on Randolph.
