Car Carwash in Germantown, MD on January 20th, 2009 and did not get what I paid for.



First of all, Luis Chihuan, employee #1102, overcharged me when the Deluxe car wash was clearly advertised on the board for $10.99. Then he didn't give me the correct change. He shorted me by $1.00.



After waiting in line for almost 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me, I felt this was some part of the ploy to get you to overlook the charges and the return change.



Consumers should be wise to review their receipts and count their change before pulling ahead.

This is a really great car wash service! I have been to many in the area (suburban MD) and this is my current favorite. The detailing services are terrific and you can get them a la carte so if you only need an interior detail one month you can get that with your regular car wash...or if you want to get the body shined up nice for a special occassion you can do that seperately. Or you can get it all.

The regular car wash with interior vacuum is a great job and the cost is comparable to the other car wash services in the area. I have not been dissapointed ever. I also noticed that a lot of the cars I see when I am there in my Honda are high end vehicles like BMW's Audi's Escalades etc. So I guess it is popular with the jet set too.

They have a pleasant waiting area with clean rest rooms and there are always newspapers in the waiting area. Plus, often in the morning there are complimentary donuts! You can easily watch your car the during the entire process through big windows looking on to the cleaning floor area. If you have not visited this car wash you should definitley give it a try!

Received a gift card and used it recently. Automatic wash did a good job. My small truck came out looking the best it has in years. Some direction needs to be given after the washing. I did not know if my wash included the hand wiping and drying. MK
