I made quite a bit of research on different companies before I finally decided to go with Mars Hill Property Management and I am glad I did. Mars Hill Property Management have done a fantastic job, which exceeded my expectations. They are very professional every time, knowledgeable and organized, consistently reliable and on top of it, and promptly responsive. One of the strongest points of Mars Hill Property Management is that they are continuously striving and developing ways to improve their service in all aspects via willingness to listen to feedbacks from the clients they value. The bottom line: Mars Hill Property Management Company is highly recommended. Last but not least, taking professional photos of the properties is A plus aside from their informative website. Mars Hill Realty do a phenomenal job in managing your rental property! They found us GREAT tenants within a week (their background check and process is excellent).
