Bad customer service, we have been waiting for over a month and a half to get our water feature fix. I call and they girls help me and are very helpful, but they always refer to having Landry come out. He either never shows or the work is worse than when he started. Get this, Landry his Johns son, but yet is a sub-contractor.

Very disappointing. Our pool was built a few years ago and the tile is now coming off as well as the deck is cracked. We called Mr. Pack out to look at it and he was not willing to help us - other than after bantering back and forth he said he would pay for half of the tile repair. We were told and thought this was the most reputable and reliable company in town. He plays phone tag with you and then hopes you'll go away.

This is a high quality professional custom pool company. From concept through completion, there in-house crews were neat,clean, timely, very impressive. Great value, if I build another pool they will be my only call. LBM
