After being quoted one price for grooming (two different folks at the same time), I took my small dog in and when I came to pick her up, the groomer tried to charge us $27 instead of the quoted $17 with no explanation. The store management did the right thing by honoring the quoted price but only after I complained. Then on top of everything, I get home and my dog is barely brushed and I have to spend another 20 minutes finishing the grooming.

It would be nice if whom ever answers the phone would also know prices on grooming instead of saying " can you call back in 10 mins" In those 10 mins a customer may just no I'll find some other place to go !
