General Info

Kathy Melvin, FNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University in Salisbury, Md. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pa., and is a certified family nurse practitioner. Melvin began her career at TidalHealth in 1994 and has held numerous clinical roles in many departments, including cancer care, Same Day Surgery, Women’s and Children’s and pain management. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
