0I would highly recommend Finger Lakes physical therapy over this place. It is a much better establishment.
Strange hours and unaccommodating staff. My father refused to go back. There are much better and more knowledgable therapists in the area.

Between the awful smell and the unprofessional atmosphere I would steer clear of this place.
I have been treated several times & been very impressed with the professional care I received. All the employees are very nice including the therapists. I would highly recommend their services.
I won't be back, the employees were kind, but the therapist was a total jerk.
