Avoid going here if you can help it, may seem like they are trying to be friendly but is all about draining your wallet. I support my local businesses but when they continue to take advantage of young people it disturbs me, in one case they indicated the car was out of alignment and a tire needed to be replaced, well they just did an alignment as replace the tires 5 months ago, way to stand behind your work. Go to a local non chain shop, that's what I am doing in the future. I have seen enough fraudulent practices sick and tire of being taken advantage of. Funny how we stay loyal to companies yet they feel no obligation to support their customer base. Good Luck find somewhere else to go
