I have ordered linoleum, hardwood floors, wall to wall carpet and at least 6 rugs from Kenny Carpet over the past 30 years. There was never any problem with their products or their service. On the contrary, they are a very careful, efficient, and friendly small town business. I recommend them highly

On May 14th my mother and I picked out linoleum for her kitchen and bathroom. On May 17th the measuring was done and a non-itemized quote was given. When linoleum was installed it was the wrong linoleum. When we asked for original paperwork we were told that the order was taken on scrap paper and they do not keep customer paperwork. There are many other points regarding this mistake which can be found on their Facebook page review I submitted. When the owner was called he did nothing to fix the problem. Stay away!.
