My Husband and I are extremely pleased with the care of my pet, gentle and kindness to our pet and us when informing us of care and treatment needed. I have had several visit's throughout many years of pet's, each and every time our visit is timely; informative and extremely helpful. We can not say enough of how much we are definitely use this veterinarian for many more years to come. Our receptionist is also very kind and informative, the team work between all at this practice are in unison and very comfortable to visit with. I am not one for words, yet this attempt is for a great cause. Keep up the great service! :) You are all very much appreciated. From: Proudgrandma2twins

I brought my 6 month old puppy for an ear infection. He is a little anxious with other dogs he doesn t know so he barked when he heard another dog outside the room so they muzzled him. He kept trying to use his paws and take it off so they then brought out a choke collar and what they did was tightened it all the way then picked him up by it so he was literally hanging and grasping for air. He started to freak out, as I d imagine any animal or person would, considering his front paws weren t touching the ground because they were hanging him up by the throat and trying to inhale. She then tried to get his attention by using her fist and hitting him on the top of the nose. All I wanted was his ears cleaned and a prescription to go home with but instead my puppy was tortured and by the end of it she told me there was nothing she could do with him acting the way he does and that he needed obedience training.

I can not say enough about the hospital. They are great people and they truly care about the animals in thier care and the families. Dr Melinni is an absolutley wonderful person and i trust her with my animals without question. I had several animal hospitals to choose from and I am glad that i chose the geneva veterinary hospital.
