I took a 20 year old gold Celtic band ring in to ask about repairs. Through the years it had been badly damaged and even had two cracks. When I came to pick up the repaired ring I was amazed. It looked like it was brand new, a beautiful repair. The repair was very reasonably priced as well. The staff was most helpful and cordial.

My husband saw a nice piece of art glass at this jeweler. The piece was on sale for 50% off. He came home and told me about it, and took me back the following week (7 days later) to see it to make sure I liked it. The piece was now only 30% off. The sales person suggested we speak with the owner ( since it was a Sunday) to see if he would honor the previous sale. When my husband spoke with him, not only did he refuse to honer the sale price of the previous week, he was also somewhat condescending. Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere.
