Norms did a great job. I have a small business in Geneva and I have very low pile carpet. It's difficult for me to really get it clean. Norms pre-treated my carpet and then cleaned - it looks great. They called me before the appointment so I'd know they were on the way, they have very reasonable pricing, and the young men who do the work are nice and polite. I will definitely use them again and I would certainly recommend them as well.

I regret hiring this company to clean my carpets! I read all the reviews on here and that is the reason I called them. Except for the one bad one, I see they got 5 stars. I feel they did an okay job, but there are parts of our carpet that look "stripey". Like more parts are cleaner than others. I will say he did get a nail polish stain out of my carpet, which I was happy about. The thing that really ticks myself and my husband off though is the fact that their truck leaked oil on our driveway. It's not huge, but it's not little either. We have called the owner, Chris, three times over the past 3 weeks to have him come and take care of it and he will tell us days that they will come and take care of it and they never do! My husband has his own handyman business and he is especially appalled at how blatantly Chris has just blown us off. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The third time I've had Norm's carpet cleaning (Micheal) come out to clean my carpets. He listened to what I needed done and was very aware of his time and my budget so that I could get cleaned the "high traffic" areas. I do recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Came home at 5:45 pm to Hershey squirts all over the den from my big dog. I started cleaning it up and realized I could never get it clean. I called Chris at Norm's to try and get an appt. for tomorrow. He was so kind he offered to send his son Michael over in 15 min. Michael came and got all of the stains out . I have used Norms for 20 plus years. I can't say enough about the business. Chris has maintained the same quality as Norm valued. I highly recommend Norm's!

Norm's brought our carpets back to life. Our carpeting is close to 20 years old and looks new. Even the stairs, which we thought were flattened down for good, have renewed cushion to them. Norm's technician,Michael, was courteous, thorough and explained every part of the process and how to care for the carpet after the cleaning. We could not be happier with the results.

I've used several different carpet cleaners over the years, but I'm listing my house and Norm's was recommended to make my carpets show better and look "like new." Truthfully, this is the best cleaning I've ever gotten. My 10-year old rugs are white and beige and they look wonderful. I'll definitely use Norm's in my next home! They did an exceptional job, especially on a few stains and in making the high traffic areas look less worn. Also, the employees Mathew and Michael were incredibly helpful and professional. Chris (owner of Norm's Carpet) was amazing today. He literally saved my day as well as some major financial expenses my husband and I were looking at after our 3 year old rolled a sealed gallon of paint down our carpeted staircase. I had paint thick against our walls on the way down, thick on the carpeted stairs, and the hardwood and door at the bottom of the stairs ... where the gallon landed upside down :( I fell on my knees and cried. I thought my house was ruined. I called Norm's, as I've used this company for over 10 years now, and Chris came in less than a half hour and saved, yes SAVED all of my carpet! And not only did he save my carpet, he also was successful and getting paint off of our stained wood door as well as our hardwood floor at our entryway. I went from pure disgust and terror to immediate relief as I saw the improvements transpire over the two hours time that he worked on my home. I am forever grateful and so pleased that I made the call rather than just assume nothing could be done. I have used Norm's Carpet Cleaning for many years and I will certainly continue use them for many years to come!!!! Chris was just awesome.

Our company has used Norm's several times for our office carpet and I can't imagine using anyone else. Our carpet looks great after they leave, but the main reason that I would only use Norm's is the quality of his technicians. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest but even more important is that they are so nice. We have had other companies come into our business for various services and while they might do a good job, they are just not so pleasant to be around. Norm's techs Michael and Matthew are two of the nicest guys around. They always make sure that you are completely satisfied with the cleaning. If a spot resurfaces after the carpet dries, they make a point of letting you know that they will come back at no charge. We had this happen one time and they came back within the same week to redo the spot. Not only did they come back but they were so nice about it. Not awkward at all (like with some companies that we have had to call back).I recommend Norm's Carpet Cleaning to everyone.

Great staff. Great pricing with great results. I had lot of stains from 3 kids + dog. All stains were removed and my carpets look new again. I would definately use them again.

Chris from Norm's cleaned our carpet so good that when my wife came home she thought I got new carpet put in while she was away on her business trip. I had to call to get the carpet cleaned because our daughter spilled red juice on the living room carpet and I tried everything to get it out but nothing would work. They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I called to get three rooms cleaned but I was most concerned about the living room stains from the dog coming in and out all winter long but Chris and his crew managed to get all the ground in mud stains out of my carpet.
