They were prompt with the service call, and making the appointment,but called me a 1 hour after the appointment that they would be late and couldn't make it until 4 hours later. The service man came and took a quick look at the appliance. They immediately told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced,but never opened nor took a close look at it. Motherboard would be 450 plus labor.
