Absolutely unsatisfied with service. I was given the runaround for two weeks when told my new perscription would be in within 7 days. Finally I gave up on for eyes and went to a better facility non related to the for eyes branch. I am fighting for a refund on services never recieved at this point. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!
Since they knew I gave them my only pair of glasses - I should have been told how long it would really take. I am sick and won't be here for another Eye Exam - I am trying to save money by using the old frame. I am very frustrated and not a happy customer which I will most likely tell anyone who will listen. The Doctor's Exam was fine no problem with that.
