Wow...I am blown away by the lack of professionalism exhibited by this firm. They can't seem to keep their own books so how can you trust them with yours? They totally screwed up my billing and then were extremely rude to me when I asked for a review. Questionable firm with questionable ethics. Look elsewhere for your accounting needs...you can do way better.
