went into the store to pickup flooring. The flooring guy seemed like i was interrupting his personal conversation with a friend to assist me. I said I would check home depot and he did not care. I called Lowes flooring department and asked to place an order and the male on the phone said he was busy and said he would call me back. I had to ask him if he needed my number and he said "oh yeah". Never got a call back. I placed my own order online and a week ago and still noting. Not even a phone call. I called Lowes today to check status and no one answered the phone after I let it ring for about 3 mins. Not happy...
