If I could give him a zero I would. He over priced a super small fix that took him less than half an hour to do. From my calculations this company is setting really high margins and profiting about 80% of what they charge you. I will never use them again. I just hope the fix actually lasts and I am not having to deal with the same issue in a couple of months.
