If you want to be cheated, and lied to, use these people. They over charged for a motorcycle pick up from an accident. Then before the insurance adjuster even came to their establishment, they threw out parts from the bike into their dumpster. We have pictures of what they did, and then they would not release the bike to us even though we had cash and proof of ownership of the bike. Insurance company agreed for us to take the bike to our residence so the adjuster could come there. Tommy's fought us tooth and nail to not give it back to us. They also charged us for a vehicle pick up, rather then a motorcycle that was still able to be moved on it's own wheels, and then actually laid the bike down allowing all fluids to run onto the flatbed onto the road. Very inconsiderate, and not professional at all. The women in the office are VERY rude and not a care in the world.

Getting your car towed is not always pleasant but I have to admit, they made the process seem not so bad. They were very courteous and really know thier business. Keep up the good work guys and Girls!
