MEET DAVID A. PHILLIPS I have been practicing criminal law since 1990. I have owned my own practice since 1992. The Phillips Law Firm, PLLC, formerly David A. Phillips, Attorney at Law is located at 102 East Main Avenue, on the corner of Main and Marietta in downtown Gastonia. We are situated as close as we can be to the Gaston County Courthouse. I earned the designation as a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law in 2001. Our firm offers aggressive representation of all criminal misdemeanors, traffic offenses, including driving while impaired, and all drug-related felony charges.
