The truck always shows up on time. Containers are kept new looking, and treated with respect by the driver. (No picking up container thrown into the yard, like with other companies!!) Customer service was great when I needed a vacation hold, I wasn't billed for service that was not used at the time. Billing is easy to understand and pay online.
