I and my daughter have been patients of Gaston Eye for over 10 yrs. They are top notch optometrists. We routinely go every year, and every year they continue to provide the best service. They assisted an out of town family member who while visiting us broke his glasses. I took him here and they repaired his glasses. He asked what he owed and they said no charge. He was very impressed...me too. As if that's not enough, two weeks after my daughter received her new glasses, her handbag was stolen, glasses inside. I called Gaston Eye to order and pay for a new pair. In sharing with the associate what occurred, she immediately explained they would give me 40 percent off the new pair. Gaston Eye is absolutely the best, and they geniunely care for their patients. We've never had a rude doctor or team member. Go to Gaston Eye if you need real care and dedicated service.

Unless you just have money to throw away, don't waste your time. The absolute most I've ever paid for glasses. Rediculously high. Took 3 weeks to get 1 pair of glasses. I will never go back to them at all. Dr. not very friendly, seemed to be in a rush too.

I felt they were nice but also felt pressured to buy frames. I didnt buy any because their prices are too high. I would not go back due to prices. Service was good. They sent in a prescription for allergy eye drops that cost $150.00 with insurance. I just can't justify spending so much as I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and never paid so much until I went here.

do not go to GASTON EYE!!! my dad had a simple surgery.it went wrong fast.after 5 surgeries to try to fix there misstake he was all most blind.so we took him to charlotte eye ear an nose..(go there PLEASE) They did 3 more surgeries to try to fix them...it was to late.my dad is completely blind thanks to GASTON EYE.please do not go to GASTON EYE...

Front office staff was very nice but one Dr. In particular was dismissive and rude. Both my husband and I had the same experience with hm. If your script it perfect for you, you'll be very happy. Come back in with concerns and he gets curt and irritable. I'm a very courteous , kind person, not some wacko. This guy has issues and this large office knows exactly who I am talking about but fear taking corrective action. I'll never go back.

Ok so Dr Sullivan is a great guy BUT he needs to listen to what the parents have to say about there kids eyes. The staff is horrible. The day we got my sons eye exam and order the glasses we got a call about the insurance and 2 calls later it was fixed. BUT the woman who called couldn't be more rude! She was an absolutely witch! Gave it three stars for a nice doctor that's it!

I would recommend Dr. Foster to anyone. He is a great optometrist who cares his patients.

Top knotch office. Doctors are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. My family has been going here for years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

I have been going to the Dallas office for a couple of years, and I have always had a great experience, The doctor spends a lot of time checking the health of my eyes, and makes sure that I feel comfortable and understand any problems. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. There is very little wait time and the selection of frames is extensive for a smaller office.

Had a great experience. Dr. Baker was very kind and patient with me. I felt that my needs were met. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I recommend to all family and friends.

The doctors and staff here are wonderful. I had my annual exam and everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was absolutely wonderful. A warm and great experience would recommend to anyone that wants quality care and to be treated like family.

Very rude towards me and just had a I don't care attitude!!!! Will never recommend this office and I have talked to several other people who have had the same issues with this office and their customer service skills! Too bad the docs do great work because their front staff ruins it or them

I have been coming here for 13 years and they continue to exceed my expectations. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Garrido and Dr. McCullen have performed eye exams and Dr. McCullen performed cataract surgery on me. Both are outstanding doctors and yet warm and humorous. I have purchased glasses from several of the opticians and they are very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Gaston Eye Associates.
