After 4 visits to my family doc and 6 visits to my chiropractor i was referred to this place and the doctor pretty much down played my condition. Sent me home with anti inflammatory med and a fat doc bill. Go somewhere else if you're hurt.

Dr. Thomasson was very good, however the rest of the clinic processes and procedures were nothing short of exasperating and resulted in weeks of wasted time on my part. After the MRI and results indicated surgery was an option, I was able to schedule the surgery fairly easily. One major problem for me is they could not tell me what time to be there until the day before...I thought this was VERY odd and the first time in 50 years I've been told that. I was not sure how to arrange to have transportation if I could not know until the day before what time to be there. Secondly, I was called and a message left I would need to be at pre-op visit two days before and also get labs done same day. I was told to bring $500 that day for office visit and labs. I've NEVER had to do this, and with employer insurance I've never had any out of pocket expense this high. I actually had surgery a couple of month ago and for pre-op visit paid $60 co-pay as usual. The staff who I asked about this could offer no option or explanation so I cancelled and decided to seek another clinic. So I contacted Carolina Orthopedic medical records and left message (this is another major issue with them, they NEVER answer the phone if the s/board transfers you to someone...and I am not exaggerating, I had to call at least 7-8 times and not once did anyone pick up) and per message requested MRI report be faxed to me. I got a message later that evening that I would have to come to office and complete release forms to have MY report sent to ME??!! Again, in 50 years of visiting Drs this is a new one on me. Even since HIPAA was enacted, I've NEVER had to sing release forms to obtain my own records. So my experience with the physician was fine, but overall I would never recommend anyone use this clinic as the frustration is just not worth it

The doctors and staff are great..very professional and caring. The doctors take very good care of their patients and listen to you .
