Worst customer service of any bank I've ever entered. when trying to make a cash deposit I was told by the teller that that wasn't the tellers job and to use the teller. First of all what is a tellers job other than to take in money or give out money second I was told I had to get out of line and fill out a deposit slip like it was the first time I have ever made a cash deposit which I would have done when I came in if all the deposit slips had not been taken. Maybe they should add checking your information counter to the tellers job descriptions since its obvious all they want to do is sit behind the glass and do nothing and be very unhelpful. Maybe they need to be reminded that the interest that the bank makes off my money pays there salary and I would be in there best interest to be more helpful to the people who have money in there bank but it want be mine because I will be removing and closing all my accounts. I have been banking with BOA many years , and I must say BOA at S.New Hope Rd. Gastonia , has given me not only excellent service , but also such personable employees there. They are always so helpful , and have warm greetings with a smile. Benjamin Olaskowitz

I called about 6 times trying to get through to a local operator and always got transferred to the 800 customer service help line. When I finally got through to a customer service representative on the 800 number I was informed I could get that information from a local bank and would need to contact them for what I needed. How can you get the information from a local bank if you can't ever get someone to answer the phone?
