Douglas P Arthurs primarily practices in the area of civil litigation. He is a certified mediator in Superior Court civil actions and has been a certified mediator since July 27, 2006. His areas of practice are: Civil Litigation and Trial Practice Personal Injury and Auto Accidents Real Estate Estates Ann Brittian has been a member of the Gaston County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina State Bar since 1996. She served as Secretary for the Gaston County Bar Association in 2000 and 2001. Ann Brittian is active within the Gaston County Bar Association and within the greater Gaston County community serving in a variety of volunteer positions. Her areas of practice are: Real Estate Estates Travis G. Page is a member of the Gaston County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association. Additionally, he is an active member of his community, having served on the Board of Directors for Gaston County Habitat for Humanity and his homeowners’ association. His areas of practice include: Civil Litigation and Trial Practice Personal Injury and Auto Accidents Criminal Defense Real Estate Estates Tara R. Sain is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Gaston County Bar Association. She previously served as Secretary for the Gaston County Bar Association in 2001 and as Coordinator of the Gaston County Moot Court Competition in 2002. She is also a past member of the Gaston County Domestic Rules Committee and a former Adjunct Instructor for Catawba Valley Community College. In recognition of her commitment to providing pro bono legal services to indigent clients, Tara received the Gaston County Volunteer Lawyers Program Service Award in 2006 and the Gaston County Volunteer Lawyers Program Distinguished Service Award in 2007. She also completed forty (40) hours of mediation training for court ordered mediated settlement conferences in 2011 and has served on the Board of her church’s Child Development Center. Tara's area of practice include: Family Law Child Support Child Custody Divorce Visitation Rights Equitable Distribution Landlord and Tenant Law

The lawyers in our firm live in Gaston County, and each has served in the community in numerous ways over the years: through their churches, service organizations, the public schools, committee work, coaching Moot Court teams, and even coaching youth sports teams. We are committed to Gaston County and its citizens.
