I have to say that I also was a client at this salon and the salon is nice but the nail tech wanted to know all my business and the owner did my hair and felt to need to sit me under the dryer for a very long time so she could do other clients. My hair is fine blown dry but I saw that this was her way to pack in her people. I had high lights done by her as well and between the dryer and the bleach, my hair was dried out. When I got to the desk the receptionist seemed more interested in selling her jewelry than tending to the people that needed to pay and get going. I also was not pleased.

One dissatisfied customer does not a salon make in spite of the bad review. I am sorry this client had a bad experience; but I am sure, had she given the owners or manager another chance, she would have had the situation rectified and been rewarded to boot. This is one of the most pleasant and accommodating salons I have ever frequented. I have found in the many years of having them service all my beauty needs (wonderful facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, color, cuts, and styling) that they are not only good but continually strive to become better. In spite of my Review Name, my hair--color, style and everything in between--has become my crowning glory. Business associates are always commenting favorably on my hair. I owe it all to the professional and friendly staff....where else can you find owners who bring in birthday cakes for their regular clients and put candles on and sing (albeit off-key) to celebrate. Come and see!!!!

I must disagree with the previous review. My recent experience at La Bottega was extremely satisfying. The stylist was professional, friendly and very motivated to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. I received many comments from people

about how nice my hair looked and asking where I had it done.



I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone that asks.

I had a hair horrible hair cut and color at this salon. The stylist bragged about her 29 years of experience and then proceeded to bleach my hair unevenly while spilling the hair color all over. She over processed my hair and my color came out a very unnatural looking orange. To add insult to injury the hair cut and color was very over priced. Beware, I got the feeling I was being ripped off and the money I paid would be going into someones pocket. Honestly, I was the last appointment and they did not take a credit card. They only wanted cash. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE.
