When you find a company that can help and assist with your needs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week you stay with them. When you find a company that returns your calls timely, you stay with them. I wouldn't call anyone else! I've been using AAA Cooleration for over 12 years! I found myself without power because of the recent snowstorm in! They answered all my concerns and as soon as my power came back on they came to check and make sure everything was working ok. I feel they are trustworthy and so knowledgeable with anything heating and air conditioning related. My friend who has a restaurant calls them for their refrigeration boxes. I can't stop raving about them. From the first call, I speak with Daria their receptionist who wears many hats, she is so quick to help me and knows who I am when I call. Where do you find that these days. When one of the guys Mark, Bruce and Todd come to my house they are experts at what they do. I've always found them honest and diligent! We have been using AAA Cooleration since moving to Rockland Cty. in 1974. Back then, our newly built condo's air conditioner was not working properly. The condo management kept trying to repair this brand new unit to no avail. Thankfully, one of our new neighbor's, who had a similar problem, recommended AAA. Excellent customer service from my first call to the office squeezing me in on one of the hottest days and to the technician showing up on time, staying the course fixing the problem, when it looked like I would need a new unit AAA went the extra mile and found the problem fixed it and working great!
