I like this facility because of the excellent customer service provided. It's a drive-up storage unit, pretty clean and I haven't seen any sketchy characters in the few months that I've been renting. It's in a decent area as well. Management has gone over the top to help out so that makes me want to continue renting with them. They also remember my name so that's a plus as well. I'm not a first time storage renter and I'm impressed with them.
