Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

I just moved to the Garner area and figured I'd start my search for a new dentist on the Internet. I was pleased to see someone with such a high number of positive reviews so close to my home.

Then I saw something strange...

On the very first page of reviews we have monicamills16 with a post titled ""A really great man"", barbaralawrence86 with a post titled ""best experience"", and bradleyaaron86 with a post titled ""Good dentist"" who all have intertwining reviews for specific businesses in Texas, Arizona, Washington state, and a dentist in Garner NC. Strange....

If 4 out of the first 7 reviews are blatantly fake, how many more of these are? I'm not going to a dentist who pays a service to boost his review statistics, there's no telling what else the guy is up to.

I was amazed at how friendly, efficient and painless the process was. It was my first time coming and I had a coupon for free exam and x-rays. I was worried they would try to have me get a bunch of other things done that I did not need (I only went in for a cleaning). They were kind and always answered any questions I had. I will definitely be returning!

The doctor has a great bed side manner and is up to date on the latest procedures. The doctor did a great job, it was not painful at all and now I can show off my beautiful teeth!

The Garner staff is excellent! Brittany is a fantastic hygenist! She helped my whole family feel comfortable and cleaned our teeth with skill and no pain. Even my young children love her, and it was their first time at the dentist!

The other thing I appreciate about this practice is that they can tell you as you sit in the chair how much various procedures will cost based on your insurance. Brittany and the dentist were even able to save us lots of money by doing a deep cleaning on my husband's teeth (she even scheduled additional time for the cleaning for free) instead of root planing, which our insurance won't cover much of.

The bottom line is that we will never procrastinate going to the dentist again!

This place is the best, and I highly recommend it. They have the best dentists here.

I had the worse experience with this practice. I made my appointment to have a crown re-cemented and they did not do it. I've contacted the practice several times for a $190.00 refund and they would not pay. This practice is all about ""finding something"" so they can bill out. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

Their place is very clean and updated. My dentist is always very sweet and doesn't make me feel like I dont take care of my teeth. I like that they explain everything to me so I know whats going on with my teeth, they don't just talk around me like a lot of doctors and dentists do.

Dr. Riccobene has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. I could count on Dr. Riccobene. Whether it's major work or something minor, I am treated with kindness and care. I can think of no other dentist to suggest to my friends that Dr. Riccobene.

Great place, puts you at ease right away. Super friendly and supportive staff. He uses some interesting techniques so I fully understood what he was planning on doing. Very helpful with insurance questions and flexable with sheduling.

Quick, Clean, Informative, a gentle dentist listened The cleaning I had was very good. Dr McNeely listened to the fact that I had sensitive teeth and applied a topical making the experience bearable. Most other dentists I have had have never done this (leaving me to writhe in nerve ending nirvana). He was quick, but gentle. Assistant sprayed warm water in the mouth while he was cleaning which helps. Cleaned some bondings I had no fuss. We talked afterward, answered all my questions and I was on with my day. 1st visit = return customer. I have had a number of dentists in my life all over US, this was my best experience so far.

Wow- this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I am beyond impressed with all of the people in the office. They are all so nice, caring and professional. I have had dentist horror stories and really have been afraid since then but my last 3 times in this office make the dentist visit enjoyable!

As a difficult dental patient, I really appreciate the sensitivity and care of the staff at Riccobene Associates Family Dentristy. It's comfortable when you are in the chair of a dentist that really is much better than the rest. The amazing technology makes the trip to the dentist interesting and unique. This entire office is warm and inviting. I had a great experience with Riccobene & Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry. The staff is really amazing, helpful and very clean. Dr. Riccobene is a great dentist, the best I have ever had! I have been going to Dr. Riccobene for some time now and glad I made the choice to see him. Dr. Riccobene is the best dentist in NC. Seriously. He's funny, personable, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. My appointments there are quick, easy, and painless and overall it's a great experience even though I was afraid of dentists before. I consider myself pretty lucky to have found this great dentist to take care of my teeth. Highly recommended.

Dr Riccobene is simply a wonderful human being, truly magnificent. If you're like me, your number 1 wish at a dentist's office is to be informed. You want to know what is going on in your mouth, how it got that way, what needs to be done, what is being done right now, and so on. So many dentists make it all too clear that keeping you informed bores them to tears. Not Dr Riccobene! He has a perfect sense of when you're wondering something and when to keep you in the loop.
Dr Riccobene is so friendly, kind, empathetic, and absolutely genuine, and his skills in working on teeth are excellent. I recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

It can be difficult to find a staff that is a good fit for my hyperactive children but I am done looking after my a few visits to Riccobene. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist was very friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Normally keeping the little ones in the chair is a nightmare.

They were even able to take us a few moments early, minimizing our time in the waiting room and getting us on our way earlier than expected.

I had chosen a dentist for myself by proximity to my work but after seeing the professionalism that this office brought to the table, I am strongly reconsidering switching myself.

I have been a patient at Dr. Riccobene's office for 3 years. This is the best dental office that I've ever been to. It is a beautiful office and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. My husband, who is terrified of the dentist, had sedation dentistry done there last year and did great. He was very impressed with the doctor and assistant that treated him. He now goes regularly for cleanings and no longer needs to be sedated for any of his dental work. I highly recommend this office to everyone who is looking for an excellent dental experience.

Each time I have an appointment at Dr. Riccobene's office, my experiences are nothing but the best! The front desk staff always greet me with a smile. I always get called back on time. The assistants and hygienists are amazing; very friendly and knowledgeable about procedures and treatment needs. To anyone that is looking or needs a new dentist, I would definitely recommend any of Dr. Riccobene's offices!!!
