I’ve known the owners of Love and Company Body Shop
for over a decade. Justin and Jeff are “solid dudes” in my book. By that I mean they each have a strong moral compass & rock solid integrity. The bonus is the fact that they are experts at what they do. Auto Body, paint work & collision repair. Recently they’ve added automotive glass replacement to their list of services. They’ve done 3 windshield replacement jobs for me in the last year. On two of those they corrected sloppy work from previous installers in Raleigh, NC. They corrected water leaks. I started in the car business as a professional automobile technician in new car dealerships back 1989 where I grew up in Central Florida. I started on Suzuki, Honda & Isuzu. Later, I was one of the shop foreman at Leith Honda by the time I was 30 years old. I worked for Leith 16 years. I opened my own auto repair shop in 2008 specializing in Honda, Acura, Toyota & Lexus ONLY. I’ve owned literally hundreds of cars. Buying & refurbishing, then selling great used cars. Just like flipping houses. During that time I’ve know a total of 5 painters that I’d allow to work on any vehicle of mine. One of the guys was in Florida, one owned a collision repair shop in Raleigh & he actually trusted me with all of the suspension work for his wrecked cars. The other 3 are here in Garner, Clayton, 40/42 or whatever you’d call it. I’ve recommended them to each of my clients that have needed body work. Good Collision work & great paintwork is an art. Each job is different & no two wrecks are the same. I’ve trusted sending some of my most meticulous clients to these guys. I’ve had them fix thousands of dollars of bumps & bruises on my elderly mother’s suv and she still lives in Florida. They’ve done paintwork on my wife’s BMW. She is super picky, for real. They repaired my BMW 550i when I was rear ended. Years later the paint match is still perfect. They have fixed over $5k of hail damage on my 550i & their paintless dent removal (PDR) is completely unnoticeable. Last year they stripped down to bare metal & repainted my son’s Fiji Blue Pearl Civic Si JDM show car. They stripped all of the paint & fully restored my DCM 95’ Impala SS. I bought the car new & it’s very sentimental to me. The car was beautifully repainted while it was fully disassembled. It was just a bare shell. My BMW is in the shop right now for some custom paintwork & modifications. They’ve done a few jobs for me on cars I’ve flipped too. Justin took the entire nose off of a silver EX Honda Civic Coupe & installed it on the front of a black LX Civic sedan. If you need any of their services, you will NOT be disappointed. FORCE your insurance company if required. You won’t regret it.

BEAUTIFUL ~ some fool hit my Altima at Crabtree mall. I had to pay out of pocket I thought. John and Jeff helped me with filing on my insurance and my car was fixed perfectly. They was very helpful.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because got an estimate then insurance co. sent me check. had my name my wife's name and Honda finance named. we went to pickup car and they said Honda finance must endorse the check before I can get the car. so, had to send the check to Charlotte to someone there to sign for Honda finance. they are holding my car till they get the endorsement from Honda finance. they still have my car. we need the car for work and are greatly suffering from this policy they have. my insurance agent said never heard of that. so the check was sent off to someone somewhere in Charlotte on someones desk waiting to be signed. who knows when we will get car back. do not use these people. we had no idea of their policy. we are stuck and really need the car.

we had the chance to use their services twice this month. my husband had two accidents in one week. love & co. was able to repair both cars in a timely manner. both cars looked as good as new. they work well w/insurance companies.
