Fantastic Sams

I went into this salon with an open mind. I know it's not a ""high quality"" salon, but thought i would leave with better results than i did! I went in to get a half head of highlights, a cut and a blow out. It took the lady 1 1/2 hours to just foil my hair! and while she was foiling my hair she kept on complaining that her fingers were burning and that i have such thick hair. she also was boasting about how ""good"" she was and how ""awesome"" she is. it got a little annoying! well i got my haircut and it was looking okay. then it was time to blow out my hair. she ran a brush through it and said, okay ur done! then she put all this crap in my hair saying i had really frizzy hair! UHM HELLO?! u didnt really blow dry my hair! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT SALON AGAIN!
