This company needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY! My home was built in 2007, so the A/C unit is new. With Deluxe servicing the system it has broken down SIX times. Seriously, one time they ""fixed"" it on a Monday and it broke down again on Friday. Now, they refuse to fix the problem that I have already paid them to fix. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, NC Department of Justice, FTC - Consumer Affairs, and every other company I can think of. The problem is that other people, THE SILENT MAJORITY, have had this same problem with the Deluxe. Please report this company to the government, so they can shut their unprofessional, unskilled, money-hungry butts down. They have my money, yet I still have a broken A/C. Deluxe Home Comfort is A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

This company installed a unit in our home, that was not installed properly from the start. Our home was brand new in 2006 and the company has had to come over 5x to repair our new HVAC unit . The owner himself specifically told me that the unit was not installed properly and that he would replace the unit himself. Now in 3 yrs, we have had the coil replaced, the drain pan and now the fan is blown up, and guess which company no longer wants to fix the problems? You got it, Deluxe Home Comfort no longer will fix the unit w/o charging us 97/hr!!! We even compromised as homeowners for the company to come and permnanently it so we would not have to deal with them anymore. Guess what? No deal! I have contaced a lawyer b/c this company needs to be shut down immediately!

We used Deluxe Home Comfort for our addition to our house. Jimmy came out and gave us a quote. He was right on target. He showed up on time and was there to explain what they were doing every step of the way. They cleaned up when done and followed up after the job was finished.
