We just moved in to the area and starting seeing the Dr.'s and nurses at this office. Everyone in this office is as friendly as the come! They walk in and call you sweetie and ask you how your day is. They listen like I am talking to a girlfriend having coffee. Dr. Keen is awesome! I am so glad we were recommended here. When coming from and entirely different state it is daunting to have to find a new dr. she is the first I went to see and I am so happy we found her and her staff!!! I actually look forward to going to there office!

Not friendly, she the rushed appointment and I was the only patient there. I agree with motheractuallyreads she was very argumentative and office staff was also. I never got my blood test results(diabetes screening) and when I called the office for an update they told me " when we know something you'll know something" That was back in October 2014 . Also she's overweight trying to warn me on my weight and I weight less than her......

Dr. Bowen is a fabulous doctor!! We have been seeing her for many years. When we first went, she walked in to my see my daughter and within 60 seconds asked how long she had asthma.......I didn't even know! No one had diagnosed her before! Since then, she has saved my father's life by catching his cancer so early.....his results just bothered her. Even though they were within "normal" limits, she decided to take a closer look and sent him for additional tests. Several members of my family see her. Yes, the appointments can be long and she has a unique personality, but she gives equal consideration to all of her patients and is willing to take the time to talk to you, and that is hard to find these days! AND, she is a genius doctor that catches things that others wouldn't notice. I would not trade her for anything!

The appointment took over 2 hours and 37 minutes! Not friendly, not good with children. I found the Doctor's views to be a bit closed minded. It seems she hasn't done any reading or research since she graduated from medical school. Argumentative and a bit rude! Didn't even attempt to do a hearing screening. Labeled the child uncooperative. No effort was made. Looking for a new doctor!

I was in this office for over 2 hours today. I waited for the doctor in the patient's room for over an hour and was never seen. I ended up leaving without treatment. They make you pay upfront so now I have to deal with disputing that charge. Very unhappy!
