Capitol Pools

Poor customer service. Hired them to maintain our pool. They did not keep appointments or show up when promised, nor did they call. They did a poor job cleaning the pool. They did not treat the pool correctly with chemicals. We called several times to speak to a manager or owner and got no response. Would not recommend them, very unprofessional!

Bought a pool cover from them, and then had them close the pool after installing. Only problem is, their worker forgot to drain my pool heater, which was located right alongside all the other components of the system they remembered to drain. When we opened the pool, a major part of the heater started gushing water, as it had burst when the water inside it froze over the winter. Have asked them to pay for the the replacement part, but they have ignored me. Stay away from these folks, they won't take care of the mistakes they make.
